Tiffany Woo is the Executive Director, R&D Operational Business Development and Alliance Management and Global Lead, Asia Pacific Association, Employee Resource Group of Organon, a spinoff of Merck dedicated to women’s health. Previously, she was the Director, Translational Pharmacology Clinical Operations at Merck and Global Lead, Merck Asia Pacific Association Employee Business Resource Group.
She was awarded the 2021 Women of Color in Pharma Trailblazer Award and included in the 2020 and 2021 Top 100 EMpower Ethnic Minority Future Leaders Lists and was ranked #5 in 2020. She has over 25 years of clinical research experience and has contributed to the launch of new and innovative healthcare products. Her D&I work focuses on developing global strategies to support the Asian community. She has lectured at various conferences such as EmERGe and Ascend on D&I, breaking the “bamboo ceiling” and adopting Asian values in the Western workplace. Tiffany is also the Vice President of the Columbia University Alumni Club of NY and Advisor for the Asian Columbia Alumni Association and is an active ally for Asian alumni and colleagues.
