About

Hidden in Plain Sight:
Asian Americans and the Making of America

Asian Americans are an integral part of American history and culture. Often forced to fight for their place in the fabric of American society, they made fundamental contributions to its growth and progress. Their stories are the story of America.

The exhibition invites visitors to learn about ten Asian Americans from different backgrounds and epochs, get to know their lives, and reconsider their preconceptions of American history.
