The WIN Development Program creates a high-trust, supportive environment for peer connection and practical skill-building. Our mission is to empower Asian American women to own their career narratives, expand their influence, and accelerate their professional advancement. For our pilot cohort, the program features three (3) two-hour, in-person learning sessions centered on our core pillars and the following specific topics: • Development: Self Assessment; Goal Mapping; Story Harvesting • Communications: Self-promotion; Branding/Leadership Presence • Advancement: Negotiating; Navigating Politics

Participants will benefit from: • Greater clarity on their career direction and next steps • Stronger confidence and leadership presence • Practical strategies for self-advocacy, communication, and career advancement • Exposure to insights from senior leaders and a high-trust peer network for ongoing support

We are seeking entry-to-mid-level Asian American professional women who are ready to take the next step in their careers. Ideal candidates are those looking to step into larger roles, build confidence, and apply practical strategies to strengthen their leadership and executive presence. Our goal is to provide the framework, structure, and tools necessary to deliberately design and achieve your career ambitions. Please note: Participants must be physically present in Manhattan, NYC for in-person sessions.

We will review and select participants for the program based on alignment of objectives. Selection is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, professional level, industry, and representation, to ensure a safe space inclusive of multiple perspectives. To ensure a high-impact experience, we aim to limit this first cohort to 15–20 participants. Due to anticipated high demand, some qualified applicants may be invited to join a future cohort.

• Notification: All applicants will be notified by late April 2026. • Next Steps: Detailed payment instructions and onboarding materials will be provided upon acceptance. • Enrollment: Accepted applicants have 7 days to submit the $125 membership fee. • Program Start: Sessions begin in mid-May 2026.

Participants are expected to attend at least 80% of sessions, actively engage in discussions, and complete any pre- or post-session assignments. We understand schedules may change. If you anticipate conflicts, please reach out to the WIN team to discuss your situation.

Membership dues for selected participants will be charged an annual membership fee of $125. These dues are paid directly to AABDC and go toward the sustainability and growth of the WIN program. Please note that the membership fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
