Nita Kohli is a board advisor, former global executive, and recognized thought leader at the intersection of resilience, governance, and innovation. Over a 25-year career spanning global financial institutions, she has led enterprise-wide transformation and resilience strategies across complex global institutions. She is known for helping organizations turn disruption into advantage - building trust, performance, and sustainable growth.
As CEO and Co-Founder of Kohli Advisors, she advises boards and C-suite leaders on aligning AI governance, operational resilience, and digital transformation with long-term enterprise value. She has chaired and advised board Risk Committees and partners closely with Chairs and CEOs to strengthen governance, regulatory engagement, and enterprise-wide oversight.
Grounded in financial discipline through her background as a CFO and financial controller, Nita brings a pragmatic, execution-focused lens to strategic change. She is the author of Operational Resilience: Beyond the Checklists and was recognized as one of the 2022 Top 50 Outstanding Asians, reflecting her leadership and industry impact. She also writes and speaks on AI and the shifting business models it is enabling, helping senior leaders navigate the operating, governance, and trust implications of rapid adoption.
