Accenture

Martin “Marty” Rodgers leads Accenture’s U.S. Health & Public Service Client Group and serves on the Global Management Committee. He oversees a nationwide team partnering with healthcare and public sector organizations to utilize technology for improving policymaking, patient outcomes, and health equity.
With over 25 years at Accenture, Marty previously led the Health & Public Service business in the U.S. Southeast and launched the company’s for-profit Nonprofit Practice. Before joining Accenture, he worked on Capitol Hill, where he helped draft legislation establishing AmeriCorps, the first major federal apprenticeship program, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day as a National Day of Service. He also served the Diocese of New Mexico’s Gallup, supporting Native American children.
A graduate of Notre Dame and Harvard Business School, Marty serves on boards including the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and the Executive Leadership Council. He is also the chair of the Federal City Council.
