Moon is Executive Vice President at M Booth, where she leads the Corporate Practice and drives high-impact communications and brand-building campaigns for clients across industries. With deep expertise in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, brand positioning, thought leadership, and executive visibility, she helps brands and leaders unlock influence and trust. She oversees a team of 40+ professionals, guiding them to deliver meaningful work while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. A dedicated mentor and sponsor, Moon is passionate about championing the next generation of communications leaders.

Beyond her agency leadership, Moon is a force for progress in the profession. She serves on the board of PRSA-NY, the nation’s oldest PRSA chapter, and empowers women professionals as part of the Executive Committee of the Duke NY Women’s Forum. In recognition of her impact, she was honored as a 2025 PRWeek Women of Distinction.

Moon’s commitment to community, learning, and cultivating spaces of connection has shaped her path. She is a member of The Authentic Asian and earned her EMBA from Quantic School of Business & Technology. Outside of work, she finds grounding through yoga and meditation, joy in artistic projects with her daughter, pride on the sidelines at her son’s soccer games, and connection over her husband’s Italian culinary creations
