David Ly is the visionary founder and CEO of Iveda, established in 2003 to transform the video surveillance industry through cloud technology. For over two decades, Iveda has been a global leader in AI video search and IoT platforms, driving digital transformation for cities worldwide. As of 2024, the company partners with service providers to distribute innovative solutions in 20 countries.

Headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, with a long-standing subsidiary in Taiwan, Iveda has been publicly traded since 2009 and has traded on NASDAQ under the symbol IVDA since 2022.

In addition to his leadership at Iveda, David is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and has served on various technology and law enforcement advisory boards. He earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in International Business from San Francisco State University.
