Julie J. Chung is a financial services executive, community leader, and advocate for developing the next generation of talent. She currently serves as North America Head of Fixed Income Desk Client Strategists at Morgan Stanley. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, and Credit Suisse, leading teams and strategic initiatives across global markets, finance, business strategy, and risk management.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Julie is widely recognized for her commitment to mentorship, leadership development, and advancing Asian American representation in business. Since 2020, she has served as Chair of Morgan Stanley's Asian Employee Network, where she has helped grow the organization into one of the firm's largest employee networks, with more than 4,000 members. Under her leadership, the network has expanded initiatives focused on mentorship, sponsorship, professional development, and community engagement.

Julie serves on the Steering Committee of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Alumni Association's New York Chapter and is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned a Bachelor of Science from New York University's Stern School of Business, where she attended on a full scholarship.
