Damian Engen is an Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Securitization, Global Head of Corporate Risk Solutions, and Global Head of Fixed Income Syndication. His teams advise clients on capital raising initiatives and risk mitigation, sitting at the nexus of TD Securities’ Global Markets and Corporate and Investment Banking divisions.

Since joining TD Securities in 2013, Damian has played a pivotal role in launching new businesses, developing client relationships, enhancing returns, and building strong teams. He successfully established the US and European Corporate Debt Capital Markets teams and integrated them into the broader origination platform, creating a leading global DCM franchise. Under his leadership, TD achieved market-leading growth and established a reputation for providing trusted strategic advice and delivering innovative financing solutions. Most recently, he Co-Headed TD Securities’ Global Fixed Income business, overseeing trading, sales, and origination functions in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Damian is also Co-Chair of TD Securities’ Inclusion, Diversity, and Leadership Council. He is committed to fostering diverse teams and has a strong track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Additionally, he is a voting member of TD Securities’ Loan Capital Committee, a member of the firm’s Global Markets Leadership Committee, and is an Executive Steering Committee member of TD’s EU Strategy and Banking License Project.

Prior to joining TD Securities, Damian held progressively more senior roles at Fannie

Mae, Barclays Capital, and BNP Paribas.

Damian holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is married with one son.
