Amy Ho

In her 20-year+ career in Financial Services, Amy has played many roles from Global Markets Equity Derivatives Trader to Wealth Management Business Strategy & Initiatives Executive. Her experience spans capital markets, investments, and the implementation of a broad array of strategic initiatives (product launches, regulatory mandates, audit remediation, etc.). In 2022, she transitioned to head Business Operations & Controls for a support function in her firm that included communications, corporate security, and corporate social responsibility. Amy and her team governed and executed an array of risk and other activities including Data, Change, and Third Party programs. In Amy’s current role as Business Support Executive in Global Markets, she proactively drives change through technology and risk initiatives within the Client Experience team.

 

Born and raised in New York, Amy is an active Inclusion leader and a three-time winner of Bank of America’s Inclusion Award. She executive sponsors the Parents and Caregivers Network, an Employee Resource Group within her company. Outside of Bank of America, Amy gives back to her community as Co-Chair of the Board of Managers of the Chinatown Branch of the YMCA of Greater New York, for which she was awarded Volunteer of the Year in 2022. In 2024, she received an AccomplisHERS Award by the Chinatown Manpower Project for community service and mentoring, and named a Woman on the Rise by Paradigm for Parity.


Amy resides in Queens, New York, with her husband and their three school-age children. She holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) designations and has a passion for financial planning and investments.
