Rashmi Raghavendra is a CEO, board director, investor, inventor, and global technology executive with a career spanning Apple, Samsung, Qualcomm, and Philips Healthcare. Over more than two decades, she has generated over $500 million in revenue impact and led P&Ls exceeding $1.2 billion. She currently serves as CEO and Board Chair of Dionysus Healthcare, an AI-powered precision diagnostics company transforming maternal health through predictive molecular technologies.

Prior to Dionysus, Rashmi held senior leadership roles where she secured a $500 million healthcare contract at Philips and led Connected Car initiatives at Samsung/HARMAN that generated over $150 million in first-year revenue. A prolific innovator, she holds more than 40 granted patents across AI, digital health, mobility, and diagnostics, and has published technical literature on advanced engineering and healthcare AI regulations.

Rashmi is also the Managing Partner of rcubed | ventures, investing in early-stage healthcare and AI companies. She serves on corporate and nonprofit boards, including the Pacific Science Center, World Affairs Council Seattle, and DeepLook Medical. Her honors include induction into the Women in Technology Hall of Fame and recognition as a Top 100 Women Healthtech Leader.
