Ravi Saligram is Chairman of Church & Dwight, Inc., a $23 billion market cap, leading CPG company. He retired in mid-2023 as a three-time public company CEO with a track record of increasing shareholder value and building global businesses. At Church & Dwight, he has served as Lead Director, Governance Chair, and committee member (Compensation, Finance, Executive), recently leading a successful CEO succession process. In May 2025, the Wall Street Journal included him in its ranking of the top 250 corporate board directors.

In June 2023, Saligram joined MidOcean Partners as an Operating Partner. He is Chairman of Full Speed Automotive (FSA), a 900-unit quick lube chain, Senior Advisor to the CEO of o9 Solutions, and member of o9’s CEO Council. He was a national judge for EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year competition, continues to mentor entrepreneurs, and serves on the boards of the Terra Foundation for American Art and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

Prior to retirement, Saligram was President, CEO, and Board Member at Newell Brands from 2019 to 2023. He led the $10 billion company’s turnaround through a people-first culture, accelerating innovation, and driving operational excellence, returning Newell to Fortune’s Most Admired Companies list in 2022 and 2023.

From 2014 to 2019, he was CEO of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, transforming it from a brick-and-mortar business to a data-driven e-commerce leader and doubling its market cap to $5 billion. Previously, as CEO of OfficeMax (2010-2013), he drove its turnaround into an omnichannel workplace services organization and led a merger of equals with Office Depot, quadrupling shareholder value.

His other roles include President, International and Chief Globalization Officer at Aramark, and regional President roles at InterContinental Hotels Group. He started at Leo Burnett and spent 11 years at SC Johnson. He holds an electrical engineering degree from Bangalore University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Saligram was recognized as 2018 CEO of the Year (Business Vancouver), 2021 Most Admired CEO (Atlanta Business Chronicle), and 2021 Transformative CEO (CEO Forum Group). He is writing a book on leadership lessons from visionary women in wine, music, and art.
