Neelam Sharma is a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she leads the growth of the firm's AI and Sustainability businesses. Drawing upon more than two decades of executive experience, her career spans leadership positions across financial services, regulatory technology, data analytics, and digital transformation.

Prior to joining Deloitte, she served as President of Integrity2 ESG LLC and Chief Business Development and ESG Officer at K2 Integrity, where she specialized in market expansion and conceptualized a proprietary ESG Certification framework. 

Her professional background also includes a 21-year tenure at PwC, during which she managed large-scale compliance projects and directed a $41 million digital transformation and innovation program in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University. An innovator in regulatory technology, Sharma is associated with patent-pending inventions including the Regulatory Tree Parser and the Regulatory Obligation Identifier. 

Throughout her career, she has focused on mentoring professionals, leading diverse teams, and advancing responsible technology adoption. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Pace University, alongside specialized executive certifications from Wharton, Cornell, and Carnegie Mellon University.
