Jennifer Wu is a founding partner of Groombridge, Wu, Baughman & Stone, with more than 20 years of experience in jury trials, International Trade Commission proceedings, Federal Circuit appeals, and Supreme Court matters.
Ranked in Chambers USA and The Legal 500, she handles patent litigation across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, geospatial mapping, and medical devices. Her cases include representing Amicus Therapeutics and Nearmap. Jennifer maintains an active pro bono civil-rights practice combatting anti-Asian violence and discrimination. She co-authored groundbreaking reports on anti-Asian violence and has represented pro bono nearly every person killed in such incidents in New York City since the pandemic, including Michelle Go's family.
A founding legal advisor to The Asian American Foundation, she testified before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights in 2023. Her honors include the NAPABA Pro Bono Service Award, AABANY Member of the Year, Corporate Counsel Ally of the Year, and NYU School of Law's Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award. The immediate past president of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, Jennifer serves on the NYU School of Law Board of Trustees. She holds an A.B. from Harvard University
