Iris Yen

Iris Yen is Strategic Advisor to the CEO of Wella Company, a global leader in the beauty industry and KKR portfolio company, which she joined in September 2023. She previously served as NIKE, Inc.’s Vice President, Global Technology, leading engineering, architecture, and product management for North America, the company's largest geography.

Prior to that, Ms. Yen was Vice President, Global Nike Direct Digital Commerce from July 2020 to June 2022, overseeing Nike’s global digital portfolio, including the Nike App, SNKRS, Nike Run Club, Nike Training Club, and Nike Membership. She also served as Vice President of Greater China Nike Direct Digital Commerce and joined Nike in 2016 as Global Vice President of Strategy, where she developed the company’s “Triple Double” growth strategy. Previously, she spent 13 years at Gap Inc., including serving as Vice President of Corporate Strategy.

She has been a member of Petco’s Board of Directors and its Audit Committee since June 29, 2023. Ms. Yen has served on the Nike Foundation’s Board, acted as the executive sponsor of Nike’s and Gap’s Asian-American networks, and is a Stanford Women on Boards member.
