He has led complex, multi-year transformations across Asia, Europe, North America, and Latin America—partnering with CEOs, CFOs, and executive teams to modernize core platforms, strengthen data foundations, and scale enterprise AI across CPG, manufacturing, and consumer businesses. 

As an AI Strategist & Enterprise Catalyst, Glenn acts as an organization’s AI mobilizer—aligning leaders around modern data and cloud foundations, launching enterprise AI literacy programs, and embedding AI into core business workflows across pricing, sales, supply chain, and operations. Glenn is known for turning technology investments into measurable results—better decision quality, higher productivity, and faster speed to market. 

Glenn is currently the global Chief Information Officer of Breakthru Beverage Group, one of the world’s largest beverage distributors in the world. He was previously the global CIO of Mark Anthony Group and Vice President at Constellation Brands. 

Glenn is also a Global Impact Awardee and founding member of the BRM Institute.
