David De La Cruz is a member of the Private Bank Global Leadership Team, responsible for supporting the CEO of Citi Private Bank in developing business strategies across priority areas. Acting as an internal consultancy for global leadership, David’s team provides in depth data-driven analyses regarding specific clients, client segments and areas of opportunity for the organization. He serves as a key advisor for the Citi North America Business Council, as well as Citi’s Future of Work taskforce, created as a result of COVID-19. David organizes and delivers upon numerous high-profile conferences and leadership meetings, including. executing Citi’s participation and client engagement at the annual Milken Conference. He is responsible for coordinating the firm’s Client Advisory Board meetings across all global regions, driving content and engagement among these top clients. David formed and led the firm’s first ever Next Gen Advisory Board, gathering our top next generation and millennial clients to gather insights from this priority segment and deepen client relationships. A proud and active member of the LGBTQ+ community, David leads Citi’s participation in the Out and Equal Workplace Equality Summit annually. David is a key member of Citi’s Asian Heritage Network and has organized several initiatives in response to the increase in anti-AAPI discrimina- tion.
