Ayesha Ma is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years of hospitality experience. Drawn to the field’s intersection of people, culture, and business, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University and began her career with New World Hotels International in Hong Kong. 

In 2001, she joined Mohegan Sun Casino, spending nine years developing expertise across Advertising, Finance, Food & Beverage, and Hotel Operations.Her comprehensive operational experience positioned her as a key opening team member for Resorts World New York City. As Head of Asian Marketing, Ayesha leads revenue growth strategies, bridging domestic and international audiences to help make the property the highest-grossing slots casino in the United States.

A proud Queens resident, Ayesha serves as a community ambassador by engaging with NYC’s Asian communities through media, sponsorships, and outreach. She is a Board Member for the Chinatown Manpower Planning Council and the Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in New York, using her expertise to uplift others and promote hospitality as a pathway for community growth.
