Amit Rametra is a Managing Director and Global Head of Securitized Products Sales at Nomura Securities International, Inc. where he leads global distribution across the firm's securitized products platform. With over 25 years of experience in the structured finance markets, Amit has extensive expertise across mortgage- and asset-backed products, including private-label RMBS, CLOs, agency CMOs, CMBS, whole loans, and infrastructure-related investments. 

He is a member of Nomura's Global Markets Sales Executive Committee, contributing to the firm's broader strategic direction. Amit joined Nomura in September 2009 from Credit Suisse, where he was previously in Structured Products Sales.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Amit serves on the Board of Pratham New York Tri-State supporting the organization's mission to improve access to quality education for children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Information Systems from the New York University Stern School of Business.
