Amit Kumar is the Managing Partner and Global Head of Business Consulting and AI Advisory at Wipro. In this role, he leads a global consulting organization that works with Fortune 500 companies across industries such as financial services, energy, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, and consumer sectors.

Over the past several years, Amit has played a key leadership role in building and scaling a global consulting and AI advisory business. His work focuses on helping large enterprises move beyond traditional technology transformation toward business-led transformation, operating model redesign, productivity improvement, and AI-enabled enterprise transformation. 

He has led large-scale transformation programs across finance, supply chain, customer operations, and enterprise operating models, helping organizations build global capability centers and adopt AI frameworks from experimentation to scaled adoption. Additionally, Amit has focused heavily on building global consulting teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific. 

He actively mentors senior leaders, builds diverse leadership teams, and engages in industry discussions regarding how AI transforms governance, talent models, operating models, and business strategy.
