Sid Khosla is EY Americas Financial Services Vice Chair, overseeing the Banking & Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance sectors. He leads a $9 billion practice encompassing more than 14,000 professionals across 75 offices. A financial services leader with over 25 years of experience, Sid helps complex global and domestic institutions drive business transformation and growth.  

Since joining EY in 2015, he has delivered high-impact client outcomes across the Financial Services Organization (FSO). He previously served as EY Americas Banking & Capital Markets Leader, partnering with clients on growth priorities, M&A, regulatory change, and large-scale transformations to improve performance and operational resilience. Prior to that, Sid was EY Americas FSO Strategy & Transactions Managing Partner, leading a team that advised on eight of the 10 largest US financial services transactions. 

Early in his career, Sid founded a technology start-up that was sold to a private equity firm, informing his approach to building solutions and agile teams. He is widely recognized for developing talent and regularly shares insights through research publications, media, and the broader industry.
