Lia Cao is Chief Revenue Officer for Enterprise & Platforms at Fiserv Merchant Solutions, leading global sales and solutions teams across enterprise, middle market, and partner businesses. These teams commercialize Fiserv payment solutions to enable merchant growth and provide end-to-end solutioning support to meet the evolving needs of enterprise and platform clients.

Prior to Fiserv, Lia was Global Head of Embedded Finance & Solutions at J.P. Morgan Payments. She led a global product and engineering team to build and deliver a suite of embedded finance products, industry-tailored payment solutions, and value-added services. 

Previously, she co-led the global corporate and e-commerce sales and solutions teams covering over 2,000 clients globally at J.P. Morgan Payments, delivering integrated solutions that incorporated treasury services, FX, merchant acquiring, commercial card, and trade and working capital. Throughout her career at J.P. Morgan, Lia held various executive roles including Head of Wholesale Payments Solutions, North America Head of Treasury Services Corporate Sales, and Corporate Strategy Executive.

Before J.P. Morgan, Lia worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, serving banking and capital markets clients. Lia holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tsinghua University.
