Kristy Sundjaja is the Chief People Officer at Taboola, a global advertising and technology company. She leads people strategy across 35 offices, focusing on talent acquisition, development, culture, employee experience, and operations. Her work ensures alignment with Taboola’s mission and helps attract and retain top talent.

Previously, Kristy was Chief of Staff and Global Head of People at LivePerson, where she partnered with the CEO on growth strategies. She helped the company become a top workplace in NYC and drove its transformation into a Generative AI customer service tech firm.

Earlier, she led the Industry Transformation Team for New York City’s Bloomberg Administration, promoting economic growth and tech innovation through public-private partnerships. She also worked as an Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman, advising media and technology companies.

Kristy holds degrees in Engineering and Business from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She co-founded and presides over the Exceptional Artists Foundation, empowering differently-abled artists, and is active in community groups focused on social impact. Her career blends strategic leadership, innovation, and community commitment.
