John Hui is a serial entrepreneur and healthcare executive with over two decades of experience driving business growth and innovation at the intersection of care delivery and technology. In 2019, John co-founded Rendr, a leading multi-specialty medical group dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care to Asian populations in New York City. 

As Chief Development Officer, he leads business development, marketing, and population health initiatives, scaling the organization to serve nearly 200,000 patients across more than 100 clinics.

In 2015, John co-founded Twiage, an award-winning digital health company that transformed prehospital communication between emergency medical services and hospitals. As CEO, he led the company from an early-stage concept to national adoption. In 2024, he successfully led Twiage through its acquisition by a private equity-backed healthcare technology company.

John’s contributions have been widely recognized; he was named a 2026 Notable Leader in Health Care by Crain’s New York Business and received the Entrepreneur Award from the New Jersey Chinese American Chamber of Commerce in 2023. John holds an MBA from Cornell University and serves on the Advisory Committee of the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Baruch College Fund.
