Jeanne Kwong is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She is an international leader with extensive expertise in enterprise risk management, AI and digital risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and organizational transformation. She helps multinational companies in financial services, technology, industrial goods, and energy strategically navigate regulatory complexities, emerging risks, and the risks of large-scale transformation from AI. She has a successful track record of designing complex global change programs to build more resilient operating models.


As an expert in Responsible AI, Jeanne helps boards and executive leadership teams navigate AI governance, operational resilience, and data management. She brings practical experience integrating AI risk management into corporate governance and risk frameworks, enabling companies to innovate safely.

Jeanne served as the Managing Partner of BCG’s New York office from 2017-2022 and was previously the North American head of the Financial Institutions Risk and Compliance team. In 2015, she founded Asians@BCG.


Jeanne graduated from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and obtained her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the National Board of the Girl Scouts of the USA.
