Dan joined TD Securities in 2013 and is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for TD Securities and Payments at TD. In this role, he is accountable for all global technology streams and delivering innovative and proactive technology solutions that support TD's Wholesale Banking business objectives and growth strategies as well as leading technology for our Payments Services supporting TD's businesses across our Retail, Commercial and Corporate technology.

Dan brings over 25 years of experience in Capital Markets Technology, including senior roles with Citi, RBC Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch prior to joining TD. He has a reputation for being leading with an engineering mindset, client focus and championing partnership across the organization, driving innovation and being an inspiring and strategic thought-leader.

Dan has been instrumental in driving delivery change, as well as shifting to product ownership and agile practices. He is committed to developing inclusive teams and using technology and data to provide competitive advantage. Through a focus on shared infrastructure, product delivery, developer experience, and collaboration with businesses across TD, his team has delivered an award-winning technology platform. In 2017, Dan was recognized by IDG Computerworld as a Premier 100 Technology Leader, and in 2024, Dan was recognized by HMG with a Global Leadership Award.
