Dr. George Huang is the Co-Founder of Bridge Tower Group, a vertically integrated residential real estate company focused on development, construction, property management, and rental operations in Sunbelt markets. Under his leadership, the firm has built over 2,000 homes and manages approximately $1.5 billion in assets. Dr. Huang directs the company’s strategic and operational foundations, with responsibilities spanning acquisitions, finance, accounting, asset management, and investor relations.

He possesses an interdisciplinary background across science, finance, real estate, and biotechnology. He earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine and Biochemistry from Johns Hopkins University under Nobel Laureate Dr. Peter Agre. He later worked as a financial analyst at Stansberry Research and as a senior analyst at Sabretooth Capital, focusing on interest rates, housing, and healthcare.

Alongside real estate, Dr. Huang pursues healthcare innovation. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Entopsis, a biotechnology company developing diagnostic technologies using material science and AI screening. He is also a Co-Founder of Humavi, which develops therapeutic solutions and drug delivery approaches for solid tumors. Additionally, he supports the University of Texas at Dallas Taiwan Research Academy and contributes to humanitarian efforts, including food security, disaster relief, and children’s health.
