Bonnie Hyun

Bonnie Hyun is a seasoned capital markets executive with more than 20 years of senior finance leadership experience. As U.S. Head of Capital Markets at the New York Stock Exchange, she leads a team that advises U.S.-based private companies on their IPO listings. She provides strategic guidance on IPO readiness, listing decisions, investor relations, and post-IPO positioning, bringing an end-to-end perspective from taking companies public through managing investor communications.

Her career bridges investment banking, public and private technology companies, and the NYSE. As a Chinese American, she has built a career at the intersection of capital markets and corporate strategy.
