Allison Charalambous is the VP of Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability at Brilliant Earth, a global leader in ethically sourced fine jewelry that reported net sales of $437 million for 2025. With nearly two decades of experience, she directs the company’s traceability programs across global supply chains for diamonds, colored gemstones, and precious metals, overseeing vendor compliance and the Beyond Conflict Free™ standard.

Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish helps her build supplier relationships. Under her direction, Brilliant Earth released its inaugural Sustainability Report, ESG Goals, and SASB disclosures in 2021, alongside subsequent GRI disclosures, SBTi Targets, and greenhouse gas reporting. She also oversees the Brilliant Earth Foundation, which has donated $2 million since 2021 to mining communities.

Her career began in Beijing leading Corporate Social Responsibility for DLA Piper's Asia offices. She later led sustainability programs at Aeropostale, Lucky Brand, Nautica, Forever 21, and Brooks Brothers. Allison serves as Co-Chair for the Amazon Gold Alliance Stewardship Team, External Advisor for the planetGOLD Programme Advisory Group, and Board Member of Jewelers For Children. She holds an MA from Tufts University and a BA from UC Berkeley.
