Allen Chen is Senior Vice President and Opportunity & Inclusion Executive within Bank of America’s Global Opportunity and Inclusion Organization. He leads the Global Opportunity and Inclusion Council, partnering with the CEO and Chief Opportunity & Inclusion Officer to drive enterprise strategy. He also oversees the O&I External Partnerships Organization, cultivating relationships that support the bank’s employees, clients, and communities.


Beyond his core responsibilities, Allen enterprise co-chairs the Asian Leadership Network, supporting 26 chapters and 18,000 members globally, and serves on the Atlanta market leadership team. Starting at MBNA in 2003 as a telemarketing agent, he progressed through leadership roles in the Card Organization, including managing the AAA Cobrand credit card portfolio. He previously led Inclusion Learning efforts and Global Employee Networks.


A Kennesaw State University business graduate, Allen is President Emeritus of the NAAAP Atlanta chapter. He was named among Georgia Asian Times’ Top 25 Most Influential Asian Americans in Georgia (2017, 2019), received four Presidential Service Awards (2016–2019), and was featured in Empower Atlanta Magazine’s “Men in Power” (2022). Allen resides in Woodstock, Georgia.
