Yue is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Investments at Ariel Alternatives, leading all investment activities for the firm’s $1.5 billion flagship private equity fund. With two decades of private equity and growth equity experience, she serves on the investment committee and is a board director for Sorenson, My Code, and CQ Fluency.

Throughout her career, Yue has overseen over $1 billion in investments across diverse sectors, serving on 11 private company boards. Previously, she was a managing director in private equity at The Carlyle Group and held a director role at KKR. During a decade at Palladium Equity Partners, she played a major role in supporting minority-owned businesses through strategic investments and buyout transactions. She began her career in Morgan Stanley’s financial services investment banking group.

Yue holds a BS in finance and East Asian studies from the University of Southern California. Outside her role at Ariel, she remains active in the investment community, mentors young professionals, and was honored with the National Association of Investment Companies Rising Star Award. A cancer survivor and health enthusiast, she lives in Manhattan with her husband and two sons.
