Energy Management Financial Analyst
Con Edison

Vedant Trivedi is a financial analyst at Con Edison. His primary role involves analyzing data from the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) and other key stakeholders to ascertain the costs that Con Edison needs to recover from its customers. This encompasses not only energy costs but also additional charges such as environmental fees and the costs incurred by generators to maintain reliability.
Vedant’s calculations are used as an input to determine the monthly electric rates charged to customers. As a result, Con Edison rates, measured in cents per kilowatt-hour (KWH), vary each month.
In addition to his main role, Vedant serves as the Vice President of Treasury at APACE, where he oversees the budget and leads the corporate Diwali celebration.
Vedant holds a B.A in Economics and is pursuing an M.B.A, both from NYU.
