Tammy Henault is the Chief Marketing Officer of the NBA, where she leads global marketing initiatives to engage fans and promote the league's mission of connecting people through basketball. She is instrumental in developing the NBA’s Next Gen platform, collaborating with product and content teams on the NBA App and NBA ID, which offers fans exclusive benefits.
Before joining the NBA in November 2022, Henault spent eight years at Paramount Global, most recently as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Paramount+. She oversaw a team of over 150, driving brand and performance marketing, and played a key role in the successful global launch of Paramount+, which became the fastest-growing brand in America in 2021.
Henault also served as Managing Director of Consumer Marketing at The New York Times, focusing on digital subscriptions, and held marketing roles at PEOPLE, TIME, and InStyle.
Recognized as a 2023 CMO to Watch by Business Insider and a 2023 Hall of Achievement inductee by the American Advertising Federation, Henault holds an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
