Managing Director & Senior Partner
Boston Consulting Group

I am a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where I lead our Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice across North America. Until recently, I served as the global leader of BCG’s Strategy business and I continue to contribute to various firm leadership teams. I’m also a voting member of BCG’s U.S. Retirement Benefits Committee.
With extensive experience working with clients across industries—including on growth strategy, digital innovation, and large-scale transformations—I’m passionate about driving bold, lasting change through our Social Impact practice. I believe real transformation starts with a mission people believe in; when strategy is anchored in authentic purpose, it inspires and energizes organizations from within. My early career was shaped by lessons from the Indian education system: the importance of working hard, being principled, and delivering results. Before joining BCG, I spent several years at Unilever in India, beginning my career in field sales in a unionized, rural environment. That humbling experience taught me the value of listening deeply, leading with empathy, and respecting the complexity of on-the-ground execution.
At BCG, I’ve also driven efforts to build a more inclusive and connected culture—supporting initiatives in mentorship, diversity, and community that have shaped my approach to leadership and belonging. Outside of work, I serve on the Board of JUST Capital and have long supported the Metropolitan Museum of Art, reflecting my passion for promoting inclusive capitalism and the arts.
