Sara Kumiko Abiusi

Managing Director, Accenture

Sara Abiusi is the Deputy Client Delivery Lead and Quality lead for Accenture Federal Services, responsible for the delivery of all client-facing work for Accenture Federal Services. She previously spent 25 years supporting and delivering large complex technology modernization programs for Civilian and State and Local Public Service clients.

Ms. Abiusi holds various roles in Inclusion & Diversity at Accenture including US Executive Sponsor of the Asian Pacific American Employee Resource Group and Chairperson of Accenture Federal Services Inclusion and Diversity council. Her many recognitions include Consulting Magazine’s Women in Technology Leadership 2020 award, Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business 2018 award, 2021 Women in Information Technology – CTO of the Year Finalists, and an Honorable Mention for the 2017 Accenture Global Inclusion Excellence Award. 

She graduated in 1996 from Johns Hopkins with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and served two terms on the university’s elite Alumni Council. Ms. Abiusi is married with two children: a sixteen-year-old daughter and a twelve-year-old son.  She is an avid National Park lover and a soccer fanatic who follows EPL, NWSL, US Soccer, as well as cheering on her two children.
