From a young age, I was drawn to capturing the world through my parents’ camera, a passion that deepened over time. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Delhi, followed by postgraduate studies in Hotel Management in New Delhi, which taught me precision and service.

In 1996, I moved to the United States, starting as a secretary in a tile and stone company. Inspired by the president’s words, “No one person is irreplaceable; however, you are,” I gained industry insights and confidence to build my own business.

In 2002, my spouse and I co-founded Earth Stone & Tile, where I serve as Vice President of Marketing. I manage operations, vendor coordination, and customer relations while integrating my passion for photography to showcase our products online. In 2017, I expanded our presence on social media and implemented a customer review system, boosting our rating from 4.2 to 4.9 stars within a year.

As an Asian American entrepreneur in a male-dominated industry, I’m proud to lead with creativity, resilience, and integrity, reflecting both cultural heritage and innovation in my company and community.
