Rohan Thapar is a senior product lead at AWS with a track record of scaling enterprise AI products and leading globally distributed teams across more than 10 countries. He has held product roles at Meta, EY, and high-growth startups, where he managed multi-million-dollar product portfolios and complex, cross-regional initiatives.

Across his career, Rohan has led 12 global product and engineering teams to build and operate large-scale AI/ML platforms, translating complex technology into reliable, customer-centric products that drive efficiency, performance, and business impact. He brings deep experience defining product strategy, pricing, and execution across the U.S., APAC, EMEA, and the EU, supporting products like WhatsApp, AWS, IG among others used by billions.

Rohan is an alumnus of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a background in Mechanical Engineering and is actively involved in nonprofit leadership through his advisory work with AABDC. He is based in Austin and enjoys cross-country cycling.
