Nitin Pande is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of Home & Personal Care for North America at Colgate-Palmolive Company. He holds an MBA from XLRI - Xavier School of Management in India and began his career with Colgate in 2002 as a Management Trainee in India. Over the years, Nitin has held various strategic marketing and business leadership roles globally, living in countries such as India, Russia, Thailand, the U.S. (New York), Switzerland, and Taiwan.

Before his current role, he was Vice President, Global Home & Personal Care, where he led global category and brand strategies, drove digital transformation, innovation, and worked to simplify processes while strengthening people-centric approaches.

Nitin is recognized for his strong results delivery, leadership in brand building, digital innovation, and ability to drive enterprise-level strategy and culture. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with his family, and community involvement.
