Neda Siadatan is a Managing Director and Head of Technology Delivery Management within Wealth Management (WM) Technology. She oversees an approximately $900M portfolio spanning client and advisor-facing platforms, banking, digital assets, and support services, while also driving key strategic and transformational initiatives across WM Technology.

In addition to her primary role, Neda serves as Head of International Wealth Management (IWM) Technology, leading global technology platforms that support the firm’s focus on new asset growth and international client expansion.

Since joining the firm in 2014, Neda has held multiple leadership roles, including Program Director for a multi-year Digital Transformation, as well as leading the Agile Transformation and the E*TRADE integration for Wealth Management.

Neda graduated Cum Laude from Villanova University with a degree in Computer Engineering and serves on the Villanova University Engineering Advisory Board, supporting the continued advancement of the college’s academic programs. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Nima, and their children, Lily and Ryan. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing and traveling.
