Neda Siadatan is a visionary technology leader and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, heading Technology Delivery Management and International Wealth Management Technology. She has been instrumental in overseeing complex integrations, including merging Morgan Stanley with E*TRADE and coordinating over 21 vendor partners, 120 squads, and 4,000+ employees.


Neda designed a centralized delivery system that harmonized legacy platforms, reducing risk and boosting efficiency. She led initiatives like JIRA cloud migration and program health reporting across 40,000+ deliverables, driving real-time visibility and agility. Her team managed major programs, including E*TRADE’s back-office conversion and delivering unified digital experiences across Morgan Stanley’s platforms. She currently leads technology strategy and execution for Morgan Stanley’s International Wealth Management business, driving growth and innovation globally.


Known for her motivational leadership and ability to unite engineering, business, and operations, Neda’s Agile frameworks and delivery strategies have become firm-wide blueprints. As co-chair of Women in Technology North America, she is a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, mentoring diverse talent and spearheading initiatives like the Grace Hopper Conference and Morgan Stanley’s Women in Technology Conference. Born in Tehran, Neda immigrated alone to the U.S. at 17, becoming the first woman in her extended family to advance into higher education, earning an engineering degree from Villanova University. Beginning her career as a Merrill Lynch intern, she rose through the ranks by combining technical expertise with emotional intelligence.
