Nancy is a member of Citi's Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Team for Enterprise Services and Public Affairs (ESPA). In this role, she focuses on talent development, corporate philanthropy, and the ESPA Analysts and Associates program, and manages the annual leadership offsite. Her prior roles at Citi included supporting the heads of ESPA and Citizenship.

Prior to Citi, Nancy worked at the Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation. Her work spanned communications, development, and programming, highlighted by her leadership of "Built by Women NYC" a crowdsourced competition that identified 100 sites and buildings designed and engineered by women, which culminated in an exhibition at the Center for Architecture of the American Institute of Architects in NYC.

A native Californian and graduate of Oberlin College, Nancy resides on the Upper West Side with her husband and toddler. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys slow running, dance, music, ceramics, and tending to her plants.
