Myra Doria is the National Field President of McDonald’s USA and a passionate advocate for equity and opportunity. She has played a leading role in advancing inclusion by launching a landmark $250 million initiative to support franchisees from diverse backgrounds, fostering long-term growth for McDonald’s franchise network. Myra is a champion for global gender pay parity and dedicates significant time to mentoring the next generation of leaders, especially women and people of color.

As a key architect of the “One Team” vision, she has united McDonald’s U.S. operations, driving collaboration and elevating performance across the nation. Under her leadership, field operations are recognized for their consistency and innovation, empowering both employees and franchisees to succeed.

A trailblazer in the quick-service restaurant industry, Myra’s transformational leadership and operational expertise have led to record-breaking milestones and an outstanding culture of excellence. Her career began in 1985 in the Philippines as part of McDonald’s management training program; she has since ascended from general manager to a top executive role, drawing on experience at every level.

Myra is committed to mentorship and advocacy, actively supporting initiatives for economic mobility, education, and leadership development among Asian Americans. Her dedication to equity and inclusion, integrity, and service sets a powerful example.
