Muqsit Ashraf is Accenture’s Group Chief Executive – Strategy and co-leads the company’s $15 billion Strategy & Consulting service, covering 40 industries and multiple enterprise functions. He leads a global team of over 45,000 people across more than 100 countries and serves on Accenture’s Global Management Committee.

With more than 25 years of advisory experience, Muqsit works closely with C-suite executives and board members to improve business performance and resilience by integrating strategy, industry expertise, technology, data, and AI. He has extensive experience across Life Sciences, Industrials, Consumer Goods, Energy, Chemicals, and Utilities. Previously, Muqsit led Accenture’s global Energy practice, collaborating with leaders across the energy value chain. He transformed Accenture’s Global Energy Board into a leading forum for CEOs and CXOs of the top 40 global companies.
