At IBM, Kaveri helped launch the groundbreaking Hybrid Cloud category that became a
$20 billion growth business, and was deeply involved in marketing and communications
for major M&A, including the $34 billion Red Hat acquisition and more than 12 other M&A integrations. Kaveri has also worked closely on expanding the Watson AI
opportunity and forged partnerships with VC-backed start-ups to drive innovation. She
brings the ability to introduce new categories, accelerate growth, and lead through
ambiguity.
