Judy Arteche-Carr is a seasoned executive, strategic leader, board director, and global citizen with more than 40 years of experience across multiple industries. Her distinguished career spans marketing, public relations and advertising, portfolio and cash management, and the business of technology, reflecting a unique blend of creative, financial, and operational expertise.
Judy has a proven track record of leading global, cross-functional teams and delivering complex strategic and transformation initiatives. She has held key roles at prominent organizations including Sesame Street, Salomon Brothers (Citigroup), JPMorgan Chase, and Fordham University, where she consistently drove business growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
A passionate advocate for community impact and workforce development, Judy serves as a Board Director for the Society for Information Management (SIM) New York Chapter, Alliance Chair for the SIM Foundation, and a member of the National Advisory Council for NPower. She is deeply committed to mentoring and coaching emerging talent, particularly through NPower, and actively supports STEM advancement as a judge for the FIRST Tech Challenge robotics program and the Technovation Girls global app competition.
Judy also maintains strong ties to her home country, the Philippines, where she has been recognized as one of the Most Outstanding Filipinos. In addition, she is a recipient of the prestigious AABDC 50 Outstanding Asian Americans in Business award.
Currently, Judy leads her own management consulting practice, where she advises organizations on strategy, transformation, and leadership—particularly in navigating the opportunities and challenges of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
