Jeff has served as Brilliant Earth Group, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer since its formation, and he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Brilliant Earth, LLC since March 2020. Jeff joined Brilliant Earth, LLC in 2015 and previously served as its Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Finance & Technology until March 2020 when he became the Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining Brilliant Earth, LLC, Jeff founded and served as the President and Manager of Xetum LLC, a wristwatch company. Prior to founding Xetum LLC, Jeff was a management consultant with Bain & Company. Jeff received a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
