Iqleen Virdi is an entrepreneur, public servant, and philanthropist dedicated to community upliftment and visionary leadership. She currently serves as Councilwoman for Marlboro Township, New Jersey, and is Chairwoman and CEO of KIV Investments Group, which includes KIV Investments, LLC; KIV Spirits, LLC; AMBHAR Global Spirits, LLC; HI Technologies, Inc.; Love To Help, Inc.; and the Kamal & Iqleen Virdi Family Foundation.
Born in India and educated at Delhi University, Iqleen built a corporate career at Fortune 500 firms like Citigroup, Johnson & Johnson, and Bristol Myers Squibb before transitioning to entrepreneurship. She launched KIV Investments, LLC to grow a diverse real estate portfolio, then founded HI Technologies, Inc. to deliver innovative operational solutions. Her acquisition of AMBHAR Global Spirits made her the first Asian American woman to own a tequila company. Through KIV Spirits, she blends Mexican craftsmanship with Indian heritage, inspired by the dragonfly's symbolism of vision and resilience.
Iqleen is also a committed humanitarian, founding Love To Help, Inc., focused on mental health advocacy in the South Asian community. Her family foundation supports education, science, and innovation, highlighted by donating a state-of-the-art science lab to Ranney School.Recognized with the Indian Icon Award in 2022, Iqleen serves on multiple boards and is known for leading with empathy, integrity, and purpose.
