Ingrid Giordano is the Managing Director and Global Head of Early Career Talent Acquisition and Program Management at Citi. In this role, she leads the global strategy and ongoing innovation for early career recruitment, program management, workforce planning, processes, and technology platforms. Ingrid oversees the campus and early career attraction and selection strategy, the growth of analyst and associate programs, and the end-to-end management of these programs. Her team builds strong partnerships with business leaders and advisory councils to align early career strategies with Citi’s broader business goals and culture, while measuring program effectiveness against success criteria.
Joining Citi in the late 1990s, Ingrid has held multiple leadership roles across human resources and business functions. She has been a passionate advocate for early career talent development, forging strategic partnerships and pioneering award-winning engagement programs across products and regions. Notably, she launched the HBCU Innovation Leadership Symposium, connecting students from 20 HBCUs with financial services opportunities. Under her leadership, Citi earned recognition for having the #1 internship program in the Americas and for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Ingrid actively supports diversity through roles such as serving on Citi’s Global Asian Heritage Steering Council and moderating Asian Leaders of Today initiatives. She has also served on the NACE Board of Directors and sits on various advisory boards including the New York Jobs CEO Delegate Council and the College Apprenticeship Advisory Board. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pace University and is dedicated to shaping inclusive, future-focused talent strategies that empower the next generation of global leaders.
