She is a proven technology executive and operational leader, driving scalable growth, modernization, and global digital innovation for Fortune 500 companies such as Marsh McLennan, Goldman Sachs, AIG, Fidelity, Omnicom, and Publicis. Hsing-Hsing has led strategic planning and roadmap execution for digital products across 130 countries, managing $200 million in annual recurring revenue and $350 billion in assets under management.

Her experience spans financial services, retail, transportation, fintech, insurtech, and digital health ecosystems. She has successfully enabled companies to bring B2B, DTC, and B2B2C marketplace products to market, increasing digital and recurring revenue amidst disruption.
