Harish Hemmige is a Managing Director and Senior Partner of BCG Inc, in addition to being the President and CEO of BCG Federal Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of BCG Inc focused on the US Federal government.
During his 18 years at BCG, Harish has translated the skills developed supporting Fortune 50 companies in operational, customer experience, and digital transformations to helping US Federal government agencies deliver for citizens.
Harish is BCG’s Asian Diversity Network lead for Social Impact. He leads a CEO interview series focused on Asian American executives, and is the lead author for a BCG study on Asian American advancement in the workplace, which surveyed over 900 Asian Americans to understand their desires and perceptions about advancement in the workplace.Â
He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and undergraduate degree in Economics,
with honors, from the University of Chicago. He resides in McLean, Virginia with his wife and two young children.
