Christine is a Managing Director and distinguished engineer, currently serving as the Head of AI, ML, and Knowledge Management at Wealth Management Technology. She leads the Wealth and GenAI strategy, implementing GenAI-enabled applications for field users and business lines. Christine also heads the GenAI Center of Enablement, overseeing the development of foundational GenAI frameworks used across the firm.
Under her leadership, Christine's team successfully launched the first GenAI application on Wall Street, earning the 2024 Celent and Banking Tech Award. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 and has played a key role in transforming the Contact Center and Knowledge Management platforms, setting strategy and executing integration. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Christine had a successful 20-year career at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, where she led various platforms, including automation, digital services, and voice-enabled chatbots. Her innovative approach and extensive experience make her a key figure in financial technology.
